Each visit includes
Comprehensive tune-ups tailored to your equipment type.
- Condenser drain cleaning & pan tab treatment
- Condenser coil cleaning
- Filter replacement or cleaning (filters provided by customer)
- Performance diagnostics (amp draws, capacitors, & refrigerant pressures)
- Safety inspection of all wiring and electrical connections
- Gas furnaces: inspect burner flames and heat exchanger
- Heat pumps: check reversing valve, defrost board, and emergency heat strip amp draws
- Electric heat: verify heat strip amp draws for proper power consumption
- Test all system safety and limit switches
- Bonus: Priority scheduling!

Travis Locke came And had the courage to go into my attic and found that all of the seams in my ductwork were leaking air! Every single one, so I was air-conditioning the attic. Several local HVAC guys have been in that attic over the last few years and not one of them mentioned that because they didn’t want to get in the attic and fix it! Travis, and a helper name Travis, came and retaped all the ductwork. It is working fantastically, Including dealing with the humidity fairly well. These guys are THE BEST.!!! He could have just as easily told me I needed a new system, but he was honest and told me what the REAL problem was and proceeded to fix it promptly and professionally. I don’t think you can go wrong with these guys! TOP NOTCH!”
