M&L HVAC is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to people with disabilities. We are continually working to improve the experience for every visitor and to apply the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we review our site regularly as content and technology change.

Measures we take

  • Semantic structure, descriptive headings, and meaningful link text
  • Text alternatives for non-decorative images
  • Sufficient color contrast and a visible keyboard focus state
  • Respect for the reduced-motion preference
  • Responsive layouts usable across devices and screen sizes
  • A “skip to main content” link as the first item in the keyboard tab order on every page
  • Form fields with visible, programmatically associated labels, and a keyboard focus indicator that stays visible on both our light and dark page sections
  • Interactive controls sized to at least a 44 × 44 pixel target

How we assess this site

We review this site using a combination of automated checks and manual testing — keyboard-only navigation, colour-contrast measurement against the WCAG 2.2 AA thresholds, and inspection of headings, landmarks, labels and alternative text. We repeat that review when we publish substantial new content. Accessibility is an ongoing commitment rather than a one-time certification, and this statement is not a warranty that every page meets every success criterion at every moment.
